At BioHvckers Supplements, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. Our Refunds and Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at contact@biohvckerssupplements.com.au

• Provide your order number and details of the issue

• Return the product in its original packaging

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products.

3. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
