Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Please read below for full shipping details.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and rates are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched. We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain product categories — please provide a physical street address.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier’s website.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at Biohvckersupps@gmail.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for how we handle these cases.
