All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products — pharmaceutical-grade research compounds and supplements — all purchases are final once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. We do not accept refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect product ordered
Delayed delivery
Product not meeting personal expectations

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be swapped for a different product, size, or variant.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a product that is visibly damaged in transit or an item that is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at Biohvckersupps@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been processed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
